Join the challenge to help Iowa FBLA reach 4,000 members this year. Grow your chapter to move up the levels and earn various prizes and incentives throughout the year.

Maintain
Maintain your chapter's 2025-26 membership and earn website & social media recognition.

Gain 5
Gain 5 new members to unlock a ribbon for each member's lanyard at SLC, a chapter certificate at DLC, and an adviser magnetic name tag.

Connect 10
Connect 10 new members to unlock a chapter choice prize of stickers or notepads for every member, and an adviser choice prize of a wireless clicker or travel-size power bank.

Grow 15
Grow 15 new members to unlock a brand new 4x2 FBLA vinyl banner for your chapter, and an adviser padfolio.

Thrive 25
Finally, add 25 new members to your chapter and earn a trophy at DLC, an Iowa FBLA-sponsored pizza party for your chapter, and an adviser choice prize of a $25 gift card or an FBLA polo.

Finally, add 20 new members and earn one more additional raffle-basket ticket, a breakfast reception at SLC, and a chapter trophy at SLC.

Welcome to the 2026-2027 Iowa FBLA Membership Challenge!

We are on a mission to reach 4,000 FBLA members across all three divisions - Middle School, High School, and Collegiate. Chapters can participate in the challenge by maintaining their membership count from the previous school year and increasing by tier.

View your respective division's tab across the top for the levels, incentives, and bonuses that your chapter can WIN.

The deadline to compete in the challenge is December 1, 2026.
